Job Description:
- Identify and establish contacts with potential shippers and consignees
- Proactively respond to sales inquiries from new and existing shippers and consignees
- Achieving sales targets thereby contributing to the growth of the organization.
- Negotiating and closing sales.
- Communicating with the customers, meeting their requirements, providing end to end services to enhance service delivery
- Ensure effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team and Customer Support across the company
Desired Candidate Profile
- The desired candidate should have good knowledge of freight forwarding sales.
- He should be able to independently generate the business for the company.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and customer service skills.
- Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.
- Highly innovative and proactive.
Education:
Graduate/ Post Graduate in any field
Experience :
Atleast 4-5 years of experience in the logistic industry.
